    Oi, tudo bem?

    Gostaria de solucionar meu problema, meus formulários não estão aparecendo, como posso solucionar?

    Está aparecendo uma mensagem de confirmação, por que?

    nessa paginas.

    Hi Paola,

    Our apologies! The problem is related to the DDoS attack that was made by Brazil's based IP Addresses. We blocked those IP Addresses and it seems like your IP Address was affected and that's the reason why you're not able to view your form and some of your customers/users.

    We're very sorry for the inconvenience. There was a cyber attack from Brazil last week, and we unfortunately had to restrict many of the computers coming from Brazil. This limitation should be lifted shortly, I believe by tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we bring everyone's forms back online.

    Hello Paola,

    We have received the confirmation from our back end team that the Brazil IP addresses are now enabled. That should have resolved the issues you were having.
