How can I split pages from a selection field?

thank you for the answer! What I am looking is the possibility to split to different pages once created when any of these pages is not necessary. (e.g. through an option field, depending on the chosen option I would like the form goes directly to an specific page to continue filling it. Does exist this possibility?
