I hired the JotForm months ago the service, but now my forms do not open.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
There was DDoS attack from Brazil and because of that our back end team had to block few IP range for security reasons. The restriction from the IP addresses should be removed later today. We will keep you posted on this.

We have received the confirmation from our back end team that the Brazil IP addresses are now enabled. That should have resolved the issues you were having.
Do check and get back to us if the issue persists.
