    Hi umhlanga,

How about you share the URL with us so we can look into it as well? Then post an update here whenever you make a change so we can check too.

Also, try clearing your cache. That might help.

its affecting all my forms....If I go into jotform and look at my forms there or in preview mode - they are fine...then if I get the embed code for that form and post it...it shows an older version of the form....different from what is the current version I just viewed in Jotform. Wierd.

Here is one of the forms: https://secure.jotform.com/form/12711122275

Where are the administrator today...taking a long weekend? :)

    Lol.

Now that's one hell of a form. Check this out: https://www.jotform.com/form/12711122275

I've seen one comment from a JotForm support staff and they changed "secure" to "www" and it seemed to work.

    Thank you both!

I assume that these remain "secure" despite removing the word from the URL?

Yeah Tom, its the https bit thats important. Its adds an extra layer of encryption between the client and server, so transactions are more secure.

Does using https://www.jotform.com/form/12711122275 instead of https://secure.jotform.com/form/12711122275 fix your problem?

I'm having a similar issue - The form looks perfect in preview but is not updating when using the url.

I have distributed this form far and wide and made one small but important tweak.  I have been having this issue and have been doing the clone work around, but I don't want to clone this one, because it changes the url and this has been spread to the masses already.  Please help.  Here is the form in question:

    https://secure.jotform.com/form/12820210185

the addition is the text box with the player's name right above the payment option.  Please help (quickly if possible)

I understand, but I already distributed this url: https://secure.jotform.com/form/12820210185 to a plethora of people and on a plethora or sources.  It is changing the url that I want to avoid.

    hi mccyo,

Sorry for the obvious inconvience caused here; this is something that has been overlooked/missed post the DDoS issues a couple of weeks back. It looks like you have been stranded a little, not being in a position to quickly transition to https:/www.jotform.com/xxxx for secure forms.

I have escalated the issue our developers.

We should hopefully have a fix within 18-24 hours. I hope that doesn't impact you too much.

    Dear mccyo,

This problem is also fixed with secure.jotform.com.

Sync interval downgraded from 1 min to 10 seconds.

    Kindest Regards,

    Ertuğrul.
