Error message: Jotform is currently unavailable.

    I am officially requesting a refund of my payment for this month's subscription, our lead production has been down and of course when I check our site to see what is going on I am provided to a link that jotform is down on our own site. This is not the first time this has happened, since using jotform across our sites, the ability to fill out forms has been up and down, please let us know what can be done to resolve this issue.

    Do you continue to have this issue?

    I did try to check both your website but could not find any link to open JotForm lightbox. Please let us know which hyperlink loads the lightbox and we will take a look.

    For the time being I have ads running to the site so I do not want to risk people bouncing from our site because of the errors the users are seeing. What email would I need to request a refund for this month's of service? This has been a huge inconvenience as we are paying for the visitors to our site.

    I just wanted to check if your lightbox is still not displaying the form. I am not sure if you continue to see the error message.

    On your question related to refund: Do you want us to cancel your subscription? Please be noted that it will downgrade your account to free plan.
