I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
There was DDoS attack on our server from Brazil and because of that our back end team had to block few IP range for security reasons. That could be the reason why you must have not been able to check your forms.
As per our back end team, this issue is already resolved and the Brazil IP addresses are now enabled. That should have resolved the issues you were having.
Do check and get back to us if the issue persists.
