Will the empty fields show on the MS Word documents?

If a form field isn't filled in, will the field name appear within the Word document. I would like the Word document to NOT have any fields if data isn't present.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. No, the empty fields will not be shown in the generated MS Word document. The Unique Name and the curly brackets will not be visible if the corresponding form field isn't filled.
