    Hi Elise ,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd be happy to assist you. If the payment section details that are asking for payment details are not required fields, then you will be able to submit the form without filling out the payment fields. You may also put an instruction or note indicating to leave them blank if they are not going to pay or donate.

You can also use the Show/Hide Field condition in order to show a field or multiple fields based on the answer selected by the respondent. In this way, the payment processor fields will only appear if the user chooses the "Pay now" option in a radio button. Here's a guide on how to use that feature.

If you're still having issues, let us know the URL or link to the form so that we can take a look.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

hi this doesn’t work because the products have to be selected in order for me to know what the customer needs. i can only have one “product list”. and the pay now option only comes up after the customer pressed submit so i’m not sure if there’s a work around?

if i could be able to have 2 product list where one would include the automated pay now and another one not to, then i could use the show/hide feature.

    Hello elise,

Thank you for getting back to us. I checked your form and saw that you were using Stripe payment integration, which is needed to complete and the user can finish submitting the form. If you wish to collect orders, I would suggest changing your payment integration to purchase orders. Purchase Order allows you to collect orders without requiring payments which is applicable to your manual payment option.

Then, you can embed your multiple payment options using the Iframe Embed widget.

I suggest you check out this particular guide on how to set up a basic multiple payment form.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
