Is there any way the widget can sense whether the facebook user has liked the page or not?

I need this kind of condition to give away free coupon.

I would suggest adding a condition to check if the Facebook widget is filled out or not and based on that to show the coupon code or not.

You can do that by setting the conditions like so:
