    Form Access Inquiry

Asked by Nyachwo Teopista  on December 15, 2014 at 06:34 AM

I have been given a link to reach the YAP Uganda Volunteer Training Registration Form but when i clicked it was showing Form Over Quota, so they sent me an autoreply with two other links. these links don't contain the form I need however I have managed to see a similar form which was used last year in Tanzania. How can I best access the jotform I want?

    Hi,

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly. Are you viewing the form given by another person or organization? If upon viewing the form you see that it is over quota, it means that the owner of the form has already reached it's limit when in comes to his subscription plan, this disables the owner's forms. I would suggest that you contact the owner of the form.

Also, when you said "access the jotform you want", did you meant getting or cloning that form? Or just viewing and doing a submission on that form? If you want to clone a form, you can use this guide that we have, How to Clone Existing Form from a URL.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thank you.
