I stopped receiving email notifications

    I have stopped receiving forms completed online.  Nothing has changed as far as I know, but obviously something has as the forms are not getting to me of course.

    They arrive in the JotForm user interface, just do not get to me via email?

    I checked your form and the email notification was missing a sender's name. This can make email providers block the emails for taking it as spam. 

    I also checked and your email was in our bounce list:
