How to setup a form in German

How can I set up the form in German without displaying "Deutsch" neither the German flag on the form?

I have made a form: "Reservierung pousada Beija-flor". It is in German and don't want to switch to another language. So I don't want to display the text "Deutsch" neither the German flag on the form.

With what settings I can achieve this?

Please note that the Languages option is not required.

You can skip it, and simply use the other languages on form (change field labels and sub-labels).

In this case, you might also need to translate the form warnings.
