Can I transfer shared forms to my account?

My boss (username: uberspaceguru)originally shared forms with me in a folder called TrepHub. This has worked up until now, but we are trying to activate payment options like Stripe and Paypal, and we cannot because he already has those functions activated on his account for a separate business.

We were hoping to transfer the forms to my account so that we could activate the payment options that we need to work for our business. Could we do that?

    Hi,

I am not quite sure if I understand what you mean by this?

If there is already a payment processing integration on the jotform available, you can not add another one directly to it.

You could follow these steps to add multiple payment options on one jotform, but in doing so all options would be shown to the people filling out the jotform (Stripe and PayPal and then again Stripe and PayPal).

I presume that you want to clone the jotform in his account and alter the payment processing widgets to capture the payments to your own account.

To do that, simply follow these changes and clone all required jotforms and make corrections in the payment processing widgets to integrate to your account.

If that is not what you were after, do let us know more about what you are looking to achieve and how.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
