How to save a form to a folder?

I made one form -formID=43485002450345#- but I can not see any form I made when I see MY FORMS icon.

How can I save forms I made to my folder?

I checked and the form 43485002450345 is under the account fingerprint.

To add a form to a folder, please click My Forms > select the form:

Select the folders menu > select the folder you prefer > and finally click "apply":
