Conditional logic based upon Purchase Order total

    Hi -

    I would like to show a different thank you page and send a different email notification based upon the total dollar amount in the Purchase Order payment gateway. I see in the conditional logic where you can test on the product selected. However, I don't see a variable that lets you test the order total.

    Example - if no money is due the user gets a "you're all set" thank you & email. On the other hand, if they owe money then will be reminded where to send send their payment.

    Hi Ira,

    Unfortunately, there's no way you can select the total amount as reference for the conditional logic ruling.

    A workaround would be to use a checkbox field for the product items and calculation for the coupon codes and total. However, I think you've mentioned this to your previous thread that you can't use this method because of the coupon codes tracking.

    We can send this to our developers as a feature request.

    Yes, please send this as a request. In addition to using conditional logic on the total,

    I can think of uses to base the logic on the coupon code too.

    Hi Ira,

    We might need to ask you for few more details about the coupon code and conditions, but we will do that through that thread.

    Our developers will update you through this thread as soon as there any any new updates in regards to your feature request for conditions on a total order value.

    Unfortunately, there's no update yet for this request. The request has been assigned to our developers but with a low priority. But still, if there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
