We recently received word that our limit has been reached, however looking at our counter we only had 23 submissions. I put in a test submission and it went through just fine. I want to make sure we are ok and that I will not start losing submissions because it thinks we have reached 100 for the month. My username is brandonw and email is email@example.com
Please advise, thank you!

I've checked your account in our end and everything seems to look good. You're still far from reaching your quota for the regular 100 submissions/month. You can check your limits in your account settings.
One indicator that you reached your limit for the month is the counter that you have in your account settings, another is that when you reach your limits, your account and the forms will temporarily be unavailable or disable, this will prevent access to the form and your account, but a notification will be sent to you first.
Now, it seems that everything looks good. No need to worry.
