I have spent the last few days trying to figure out how to cancel my service. You make it very difficult. I was charged yesterday and would like a refund.

For the continuation of your concern, I've requested a refund of your most recent purchase on your behalf. It may take up to two weeks to process this, possibly a little longer since it has to be approved by our Billing Team first.
