User is not seeing one of my required boxes

    I had a user unable to register for an event this morning.  There is a required box with a drop down and 2 areas for text.  The box was blank on her screen and she was unable to fill it out and therefore was late registering for my event.  My events fill within minutes and are first come first served.  The box she could not see is "Previous OMD Technique Training"

    Hi mebarry,

    I do apologize for the issue that your user experienced when attempting to fill out your form.

    I was not able to replicate the issue indicated in the screenshot provided. I am seeing that your user was using Firefox, however I was not able to replicate the issue in either Firefox or Chrome.

    Do you have any other users reporting the same issue? Are you able to provide the version of Firefox that was being used when this issue occurred?

    Please advise your user that clearing the browser cache should resolve the issue
