Forms disabled after adding fields to collect credit card details

Hi, the last 2 forms I have created are showing "form not found/ form disabled" when clicking on preview or trying to embed. They are 2 different form types/styles, some I'm assuming this is not a specific form problem.

Update: upon checking other forms, all of my forms have been disabled. I would like this resolved as quickly as possible.

    Hi,

Your account is disabled since you are trying to collect the credit card details on your jotform called "PayPal Pro Payment Form" (http://www.jotform.us/form/43353950213146).

You must remove these fields and only then can the account be enabled once again.

Do note that it is mandatory to use our payment processing integration instead of creating your own fields:

    I suggest reading these guides:

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you, I have removed the above fields from the form, and am ready to have the account reactivated.

    Hi,

Great. I have reactivated your account now.

Do note however that if you add the fields back to the jotform it will get disabled once again, so it is best not to add credit card fields nor social security number fields.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
