my form won't show on my website

I am trying to copy/paste the code into my website but nothing happens. I'm not sure what am I doing wrong.
I previously had use this form and I am just upgrading it now.  Is there a way you guys could help me?

Could you let us know which embed code you are using to display JotForm on your website? Please go through the following guide that may help you choosing in the right embed code.
