I checked to make sure the WuFoo migration app was working properly and it appears as though it is. I started up the app:
After entering my WuFoo username and WuFoo API key, the migration began:
I was already logged into my JotForm account previous to starting the migration so I needed to only click "Allow" when the box popped up before starting this process. This is the app I was using:
The forms I transferred were complete and usable in my JotForm account.
Make sure you are entering your WuFoo username and the proper WuFoo API key in the app.
If you are still unable to get your forms migrated, let us know a bit more detail about the process you are using and we will be happy to have another look.

I see that you reported the same issue on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/454121 and unfortunately your screenshots didn't came trough. Please try to include them on the mentioned thread and also use it for any updates as this will allow us to address this issue properly.
