I see you're having an issue using our Submission Locator App which apparently seems to be stuck at 0% instead of loading your submissions which is what it should do.
I tested this on my side and so far I am unable to replicate the same issue that you are having. Perhaps it was a temporary issue. Please clear your browser cache then try it again.
If the problem continues let us know and additionally please also provide us a link to the jotform which you were experiencing this problem on.
