    Hi,

In my forms i am using thank you pages to call Paypal for payment.

PayPal use is not broadly used in France and people reigstering will mostly use the option "Pay without PayPal Account".

Is there any way to get a feed back in the original form in order to close the loop with paypal so that I can relate the PayPal transaction Id to the JotForm submission Id.

Without this it is kind of tricky to correlate payments and subscrissions a,nd it become impossible if the CB is not belonging to the person who registered.

    Thanks for your help.
    Regards,
    Georges

    Hi Georges,

I am not quite sure that I understand what do you mean by the loop?

PayPal use is not broadly used in France and people registering will mostly use the option "Pay without PayPal Account".

Based on this segment, I presume that you are looking on adding additional payment option to your jotform besides PayPal, which is possible and nicely explained here: How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form.

Now if I understood you wrong, please give us more details on what is currently happening that you want to avoid and how did you think of resolving this.

Once we have more details we would be more than happy to help you.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

Yes, that is correct, you would be able to accept credit card payments by using our other payment processors.

Now I do understand why it would seem a bit tricky, but it is actually the same as if you were to set the payment processing widget only once. For the other iframes embedded jotforms you just clone the jotform with set-up products and change the payment processing to some other.

While you make the change our system will allow you to keep the same products so that you do not need to re-enter them.

I would suggest to take a look at here, what the available option for credit card purchases are there.

    Hi Georges,

It is not a problem to create a sample for you, but as I am not quite good with French at this time I am having a bit of a hard time of following everything.

I see that you did not use form calculations, but have instead updated fields based on the selection through conditions.

I have also found that there are some duplicate conditions (same rules with same actions).

Now I know that this is not the end look, but have just added the iframe embed widgets to the jotform and connected them to the "mode de paiment" for you to see.

Now I see that you update some other fields as well based on the dropdown selection which can be placed into the jotforms with the payment option. You can see here the jotforms that are used to be shown in the jotform above - so we can just add some more fields that would help us to add more text as you have in your own jotform

Can you please tell me if this helps and if you need further assistance, could you confirm:

    1. that the only charge is happening based on the dropdown "Choisissez votre course"
    2. that it would be OK to move the dropdown and the fields that were under it showing the price to the payment jotforms (the ones loaded through iframe embed).

You could also accept payments over Authorize.net, Stripe and some other integrations, but if I understood correctly you only want to add PayPal Express and chèque payment methods?

    Best Regards,
    Ben
