Email Notifications Setup but Text Disappeared
We had three, different email notifications setup for this particular form that included merge fields. I went into each notification and deleted the existing logo and I copied and pasted a new one, sent a test email to myself and clicked "Finish". I received the test emails butthe logo was not visible. There was a box with an "X" in it. When I went into my form to look at it, and I clicked on the email notifications, they are now appearing blank - no logo or text at all. I'm really hoping I did not lose all of the information, text and merge fields that were setup in them because I didn't set them up and don't know how to do it.

I can confirm that the form Autoresponder templates are blank on your form.
You might try restoring the form to some previous state to see if that helps. This can be dove via Revision History tool.
Alternatively, you might consider re-creating the Autoresponders.
Although, you will need to add all the custom text to the basic email templates in this case.
