Geocomplete widget does not work on website when visiting from a facebook page on a Samsung Galaxy S5?

I have a website that uses a jotform with the Geocomplete widget in order to help capture addresses when the lead fills out the form.  The form and geocomplete widget work perfect.  However, I have found that the geocomplete widget does not work when visiting my website from the facebook page when using a Samsung Galaxy S5.  It does not allow the autocomplete drop down menu to appear with the options.  In addition, even after typing something into the box, it will not allow the user to submit the form.  Why is this and how do I fix?

P.S.  I will be changing my form from the geocomplete widget to a regular text box so I can still capture leads and not miss out on any leads that click on my facebook ads from their Samsung S5 Phones.

P.S.S.  Iphone 6 works fine.

I saw your form to this page: http://www.ibuytexasproperty.com/contact/ and the popup for Yellow Button. I don't see the widget to these forms and I don't see the textbox that you're talking with. Let me know if these are not the correct form and the page.
