    Downgrade my subscription, cancel the payment

    I would like to downgrade my subscription from premium to free, and would like to pay for premium when we need it. As far as previous month is concern, we didnt reach the 100 submission limit.

    I hate it when my credit card was charged automatically, I was not aware of this. I would like to cancel the payment made for this month. The order Reference Number: 62144358.

    Hi Tom,

    Since your JotForm subscription is paid using Credit Card it is is handled by our payment gateway Plimus. To downgrade the account please login to JotForm then click on Account Settings from the bottom of the page. The Account Settings will show you a 'Cancel' button click on this button and you will be redirected to Plimus website.

    Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm. If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email address used upon sign up.

    Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires
    Let us know if you get problems with the cancellation process.

    I still cannot downgrade my account. I was not asked to place a password on plimus and whenever I use my jotform username and email to retrieve a temporary password, it says that the details are invalid. Help please, thanks!

    For your convenience, I went ahead and cancelled your Premium subscription. You will no longer get charged from here on out, although your account will enjoy Premium status for the rest of the duration you have already paid for. Afterwards, it will automatically downgrade to free.

    Your forms and data are kept safe and will be accessible even if your account is free. If there's anything else you wish to ask, feel free to contact us again.
