I have previously embedded several forms onto our website, they were working a few days ago and have since stopped working.
I have compared the codes in the CMS our end and the code to the form and they match up. Other Jotforms on our website are working however these ones seem to have stopped appearing.

You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled and not appearing on your website. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 12 SSL submissions.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Your form is also displayed in your web page. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms URLs and secure embed code should be replaced by non secure embed code.
