My form is under My Forms, and I'm about to exceed the number of payments I can process. How do I move it to Shared Forms?

    Hi,

I see that you are at the limit and that the account is scheduled to be downgraded. I would like to mention right at start that even if you move the jotforms to shared folders, they are still under your account - your jotforms, so you would not get extra submissions or be able to use the submissions of the account you have shared the jotform with.

The only way to deal with the limit is to upgrade or wait for the 1st of the month to have the counters reset to 0.Now to share the jotforms:Go to Account -> Users (http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/users) and set the jotforms to be shared with another account and the permissions on them.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Ben

Thank you for your response. I am a sub user on a paid account, and our
account can accept 1,000 submissions, and we're not aware of any
restrictions on the number of payments we can accept.
I'm totally confused as to why as a sub-user, my account should be disabled
now that I've removed my form from my folder and put it into shared
    folders. Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Emily

    Hi Emily

I am a sub user on a paid account, and our account can accept 1,000 submissions, and we're not aware of any restrictions on the number of payments we can accept.

Your account emilykcastle can only accept 100 regular submissions or 10 paid submissions as it is on Free plan. Since the jotform you have mentioned above:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/42405214587150

is under your account, then each time a submission is made it is being run against your account which means one of your available submission is taken each time.

I'm totally confused as to why as a sub-user, my account should be disabled now that I've removed my form from my folder and put it into shared folders. Please advise.

For this reason mentioned above, as you are the owner of the jotform, as soon as the submissions reach the limit the jotform is unavailable - no matter which folder they are in - even if you were to delete it.

You are correct about 1000 submissions, but that is true for the account that had shared their jotforms with you - aladdin10939.

What we can do is to move the jotform to the account that had shared the jotforms with your account, but this would mean that only request coming from aladdin10939 account would be valid in regards to any issues with that jotform.

Do let us know if that is what you would like us to assist you with - to transfer the jotform http://form.jotform.us/form/42405214587150 from your account to aladdin10939 account?

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hello,
In a separate email I requested that you move the form to *aladdin10939*'s
    account.
I currently have access to forms shared by *aladdin10939. *Will I have
continue to have that access? Or is my sub-user account being taken away?
    Thank you,
    Emily Castle

    Hi Emily,

If the jotform is moved to a new account it is up to the account holder to share the jotform with you or not to do so.

Or is my sub-user account being taken away?

If we made the transfer of the jotforms, your account should not be able to change it any more, until the user shares it with you.

Please let us know if you would still like us to transfer the jotform above for you to the other account.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
