    I have problem in my account , though living within the law , as are registration form . I await urgent return for I am with my work stopped .

    I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. But based from the message you received, it seems that it is within your company or organization's network. As mentioned by the email, you should contact the ICT Coordinator or Network Manager so that they can unblock your viewing in one of our links.
