I have recently joined Jotform (which is great - just what we're looking for). While we are testing it out however, we will be sticking to the Free Plan.
Unfortunately, I was unaware of the limits placed on the free account and while I have been trying it out I have used up all the limits. Is there anyway of getting our limits reset?
I'd appreciate your help on this matter.

I took a look at your jotforms and as I can see that you have been testing out the jotform I have reset your SSL submissions count to 0.
While testing the design of the email body, I would recommend using Test Email button. I usually make submissions over jotform only if setting the thank you page or if there are specific conditions to check.
Since it is the same for secure URL and for the jotform's over HTTP protocol, I would also suggest making tests using the standard (non secure) links as free accounts are limited by 100 HTTP submissions, but with only 10 SSL (secure) submissions.
