Trouble submitting form

Hello, 

My clients are having intermittent trouble submitting the passenger information form on our website. About one in 5 times they complain that the submit button isn't working. It seems to work fine for me, are there any diagnostics that can be run to find out what it going on? The link is http://http://www.sailjuliet.com/pif.

Hi Kat,

A script conflict between the form embed codes and your website is causing the problem. Kindly re-embed your form using our iFrame method http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Since the form is placed inside an iFrame, that shouldn't create any conflict to the page.

Kindly try that and let us know if you will still receive a report from your clients.
