"Form Disabled" error messageAsked by elbeeglade on December 17, 2014 at 09:54 AM
When filling out my form "Website Posting" and clicking on Submit, the response is Form Disabled.
I didn't want it disabled; how do I fix this.
Thank you for your help,
and on submit
I tested the standalone version of the form and could make a submission:
If this form is embed please let us know the url where the form is embed so we can investigate further this situation.
Let us know if you need more assistance.
Thank you for your reply. It is actually on a staff website that can only be accessed by the employees of the City of Jacksonville; however, I put a copy of it on our public website so that you could display it that way.
Thank you so much for your help.

The form you shared on the openning thread was a different one (Website Posting) which was the form I successfully tested and the trouble form is Request for Website Posting.
I inspected your account and realized the form was deleted:
I restored the form and made a test submission. I believe the situation is solved now.
Let us know if we can assist you further.
