When filling out my form "Website Posting" and clicking on Submit, the response is Form Disabled.
I didn't want it disabled; how do I fix this.
Thank you for your help,

The form you shared on the openning thread was a different one (Website Posting) which was the form I successfully tested and the trouble form is Request for Website Posting.
I inspected your account and realized the form was deleted:
I restored the form and made a test submission. I believe the situation is solved now.
Let us know if we can assist you further.
