Not all receipients receive the notifications

    I have six receipients in my forms "ISB D1" and "ISB D1 BW77" and only three receipients get the notifications. the other three appear on the email list, but starting this morning they are not getting the notifications at all. It´s been working fine for the last weeks, but something happened this morning. I appreciate your help.

    I checked and the following emails  were in the bounce list:

    dan**l*@te**ur**c.com

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000013e7f4612a7-572ccc51-8bf1-42= 2c-a2ea-859bbde3b1a0-000000@amazonses.com> sender rejected. IB504'

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000013e7f4612a7-572ccc51-8bf1-42= 2c-a2ea-859bbde3b1a0-000000@amazonses.com> sender rejected. IB504'

    Probably this was the reason why they weren't receiving email notifications. I removed the emails from the bounce list and made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received it? In future situations you can follow this guide on how to check if an email is in the bounce list and how to remove it.
