    Emails have been not coming through when the forms are submitted

    We have had a few cases in the last 2 days, where emails have NOT been received (have they been sent?) on form submissions.  These have been working fine and I need to identify if JotForm missed sending these emails for a reason, or why they emails were not received.

     

    I've posted the submissions in the image attached describing the 'submissions' for which we didn't receive an email.

    From what I understand you are primarily having an issue with email notifications that suddenly stopped coming through for two of your jotforms over the last two days.

    I've inspected this more where I found that both jotforms are sending to " prodreporting@kingtechnology.com " which is not listed in our bouncelist.

    Result: prodreporting@kingtechnology.com is NOT in the bounce list

     

    Additionally, according to your email history which I would suggest comparing to your viewed submissions if you look at it our mail server it shows that we've been sending out emails to both of your jotforms using the above email address you have on it.

    Have you tried checking your spam folder recently just to make sure they didn't end up there by accident?
