Is there a tool that creates a fly over textbox in response to a user choice?

I was looking for a tool or widget that would create a floating (or perhaps you could describe it as a fly over) text box containing text and web links and an OK button to dismiss it.

Basically, I'm trying to prompt a form user to look at some web support pages when they select particular tech support issues. I want to try to direct the user to check these pages to help themselves with well documented issues. If the user is uninterested in looking at the links or it's not helpful, I want them to be able to click a "OK" button to dismiss the interrupting text and and get on with filling out the rest of the form.

Do you have any recommendations on how I could accomplish something like this?

Unfortunately, there is no built in feature to achieve this. This requirement would need to add some JavaScript code to the form. You can get the source code of form so that you can add some JS code to it.

I'm not sure if that helps, but did you try adding html text with links with conditions so that they are displayed when a particular option is selected.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
