Is PayPal "bill me later" or PayPal credit available to be used on my jotforms?

Also paypal has this billing option called "bill me later" or paypal credit can I access it in any of the widgets?

So, in light of that, yes, Paypal Credit is something included with most payment solutions and it something you must manage at your Paypal account side.
