I would like members to be able to fill out a form that will then generate a letter in pdf format including the details that they input. The pdf would then automatically  be emailed to them.

    Hi Michelle,

If you would like to have your members fill out the jotform and receive an email with your message and a link to the PDF file that they can download if they want (without occupying their inbox space), then that is possible with JotForm.

To do that, you should only add the {pdf-link} tag to the email that you want to send to your members and our system will automatically create the PDF file link for you.

To add this just open the email notifier or autoresponder that you would like to set up with this link.

Once you open it on the right, bellow all other fields you will find a field that says PDF Link.

Now click in the body of the email to the location where you want to have this link appear and then click on the PDF Link label on the right. You should see the {pdf-link} tag being paced on that same location that you have just clicked on a moment ago.

Do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to answer them.

By the way, we also have a complete guide to editing PDFs

    Best Regards,
