Why are our forms not working?

    Hi there..

    We pay a monthly suscription to you..  (apostlejohnau)

    Your V2 site is showing 'error 404' and our forms are NOT working!!  at least 2 days now..     http://v2.jotform.com/

     

    Please fix ASAP

    Once Again The V2 Website & Forms Are Underconstruction But I Would Be More Than Happy To Set You Up With A Temporary Form Or That You Create An Account For Backup On The Main JotForm.com!

    Hi apostlejohnau,

    We advise all users to migrate v2 forms to the latest version which is v3. While your form is already migrated, the embed codes you're using might not be updated.

    Please re-embed your codes by logging in to JotForm v3

    1.  Edit your form
    2.  Go to Setup & Embed
    3.  Click Embed Form
    4.  Choose Embed <> or iFrame then copy the codes provided

    Hopefully this solves your problem. Please let us know if you have any other issues. Thanks!

    Excue Me!

    1) You have NOT advised us to migrate to anything.

    2) You mean, we have to go to ALL our clients websites and update their contact page with new forms??

    3) No it doesn't solve the problem. Where are  the rest of my clients forms?

    4) You said in an email to us a while back that V2 would remain when you brought in V3. V3 is a pain.. V2 is SO fast to set up a basic Contact Us form..
