When you sent an email to us on support email address, you mentioned the email address "email@example.com". With this email address you have an account "serkanaslan20" and is currently in active status.
I did check your email address firstname.lastname@example.org and it seems you have an account associated with this email address as well. This account "eslschools" is suspended by our anti-phishing system.
We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now.
