Undefined?

Forms where working perfectly and now the submissions to client coming through as 'undefined'

any idea why?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. May I know what you meant as "undefined"? Is is a specific value in a field? Email content? Or is it under the Submissions page? An autoresponder email content? If I may ask, a screenshot of the problem would help us a lot.
