Subscription cancelled: reactivation of account.

    Morning

     

    Can you plse assist for account reactivation??? I have added  fund usd 49.95 to my account through bluesnap.com. is there a way to reactivate account using the same credit card info.

    Account type: professional

    Hello jaures,

    I reactivated your subscription from BlueSnap and tried to charge your visa card "8297" but unfortunately the card was declined again. I had to cancel the subscription again.

    I would suggest you to upgrade your account again to professional monthly subscription by clicking on the following URL:  http://www.jotform.com/upgrade?username=jaures&account_type=professional&period=monthly

    Good day SirKindly assist for this critical event. As shown by attached screen kindly use the current balance USD 49.95 to reactivate my jot form PROFESSIONALaccount.  Your urgent assistance is highly needed:

    Hello jaures,

    Did you share any screenshot? I am unable to see the image you have shared.

    It seems you have created several threads and all of us have answered you and explained you the issue. 

    Please be noted that subscription payment is sent form your credit card using the BlueSnap payment gateway. There is no way we can use your BlueSnap balance. Probably, BlueSnap support should be able to help you on this. Have you contacted them already?

    It seems one of my colleague have already activated your account and your form should be working fine.
