Creating a Post type Form

I work with a dog rescue and am looking to create a product form (sort of).

I want a form that I fill in with a dog's information, that, when completed, will create an individual page for that dog.

    Is something like this possible?

Here is a link to my website:  http://www.drnc.org/available-dogs.html

You can click on the picture of any of the dogs and see their individual page, which is what I am hoping to be able to design a form to create.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

As I understand, you want to create a form wherein the data will be used to create individual web page once submitted. Is that right?

I saw the website and I understand what you mean. I would just recommend you to use a CMS (Content Management System) like Wordpress or Joomla, it will be much easier for you.

But if you really want the submissions to be posted on your website then probably you can embed the PDF in your website. On our submissions, you can get the submissions via PDF. Once you download it, you can then upload it to your website and embed it on a webpage.

On the MyForms page, select the form and then click "Submissions" button at the top.

Click "Get PDF" to download it.

In regards of designing that kind of form, it is possible. You can do that easily in JotForm. If you need help please don't hesitate to raise your question here in the forum.

    Hope this helps. Thank you!

Just to add to that, if you're familiar with PHP language then please check this guide.
