    Change Monthly Subscription to Yearly?

    I would like to pay annually instead of monthly, but can't find that option. I signed up using an annual membership and thought it was cheaper.

    Hi Rob,

    I see that you have just recently purchase a Economy Monthly Subscription plan. If you would like to upgrade to a higher plan and pay yearly, there are two ways.

    A. You can do this by navigating to Account->Settings->Billing. But you will then need to cancel your current subscription and upgrade again.

    1. Navigate to Account settings and choose the plan you want.

    2. Choose a payment scheme, monthly, yearly or bi-yearly.

     

    B. The second method is that we can upgrade your account manually in our end. Just confirm to us to which plan you want to upgrade and will do it.

     

    Let us know how do you wan to proceed.

    I only see this option to downgrade.I click on this and do not get an option to pay annually. Only wait for the downgrade.

    Also, a sub account user complains they cannot create a form, only edit and view forms that exist already.

    I have been charged both 199 and 99 by jotform recently for the same annual
    membership. Can you please issue a credit?
