I am not receiving the notification emails when submissions are done. The last one I received was on 12/7/14. I have made sure firstname.lastname@example.org is in my allow lists, and have tried to forward a submission to email@example.com and receive nothing. Please correct this, or tell me how to correct this. I depend on those notifications. Thank youPage URL:

I checked our email logs for the address you referenced and it appears as there was an issue somewhere along the line and the emails were not getting through:
We did have an outage that causes our email provider to switch back and forth mid week that may have caused these issues. I removed you from our bounce list to ensure that the notifications would be sent once again from our end.
For the users that experienced something similar to you, this usually fixed the problem. Let us know if you are still unable to receive your notifications and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
