'Please select" only when setting up a conditional logic wizard

I would like my form to send the applicant to the bottom after answering yes to the question, but the only option that displays is "Please Select". See screenshot.

Skip to a page conditional logic will work if your form consists of pages using our page break tool. Check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms. You cannot use this logic to just move the form down to the bottom.
