Installing theme from Theme store did not take after exiting

I used one of the new free themes for a form.  It saves it with the save button. but when I go back to the form everything I did is gone?

I have tried to install a theme from our Theme Store and it went through as it should for me. I just clicked on Install theme after selecting the jotform I wanted to apply the theme on and it did not require me to even click on Save button.

Closing it and previewing was still showing me the theme applied.

We would appreciate it if you could tell us the theme that you have used and the browser you have used it on so that we can try and replicate the issue and fix it?
