I am creating vendor agreement forms that we will send to vendors when we are providing them with images from the weddings we photograph. I've tested the form a few times and am wondering if it is possible to get the entire form submissions rather than just the two answers.
The attached screen shot shows what we recieve. I would like the submission emails to include the text that is on the form.

Hi,
By default, texts, images and headers are not included in the notification/autoresponder email body. If you want to receive these fields along with the answers, you have to manually add it to the settings.
You can insert rows to add it:
