    Hi 2adorable,

    Yes, you can insert a Hidden Field for this purpose. Customers won't be able to see this field but once you receive the email notification, the hidden field question is included and you are given a space to write your answer (when you are in reply/forward mode).

    Hope I understood your question correctly. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Thanks,
    Allan

    Hi,

    I see a menu item for "hidden text box," but that's it. Can I make a long text box (500 words or so) that is hidden from customers?

    @cchl,

    It is possible to increase the width of that hidden text box input by injecting custom CSS code.

    For example you can inject the following code:

    #input_19 {width:600px;}

    Where input_19 is ID of your hidden text box.

    To get correct ID of your hidden text box you will need to inspect your form code. For example, in Google Chrome, right click on your form, Inspect Element, and find that ID in the end of your form code.

    If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
