Form not taking calculations from other fields

    I have a field that adds other fields together.  It works if the other fields show up and does not calculate if hidden. I have all these fields working except for one. When it shows up on the screen it does not add to the calculation? Any help?

    You may need to use my site to test it as it is pulling fields from another form

    Start here;

    https://naturalcarecleaningservice.com/book-now

    Enter 77077 for zip to test.

    It then goes here. You must select from the first two drop downs to see it work.

    The field is #input_86. It is not getting added to field #input_78. Even though it is set to add to that field if is shows. Other similar fields by it do add to the total.

    Hi,

    We need to understand more how the calculations on your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43456658411963 work, for us to provide a solution.

    So far, from what I have checked and understand, the #input_86(receiptMoveInOut) field is not passing calculated value because it does not met the condition rules setup.

    Please use the screenshot below for my question on the setting of your conditions.

    From what I understand

    #1 The condition is False

    #2 So, the calculated values are not reflected to Total(first clean)

    #3 which action will make the "sqft" field have value greater than zero(0)?  so that #1 condition can be True

    How does the "sqft" field get fill in with value not greater than zero? Please explain the process for this so we can test further.

    Thanks.
