I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say the you are unable to click on the "Edit Form" button to edit your form? 

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. It seems to be a browser related issue. I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem.
